原理:它是一种直动和先导式相结合的原理,当进口与出口没有压差时,通电后,电磁力直接把先导小阀和主阀封闭件顺次向上提起,阀门翻开。当进口与出口到达启动压差时,通电后,电磁力先导小阀,主阀下腔压力上升,上腔压力降低,然后使用压差把主阀向上推开;断电时,先导阀使用绷簧力或介质压力推进封闭件,向下移动,使阀门封闭。
特色:在零压差或真空、高压时亦能可运作,但功率较大,需求有必要水平装置。
先导式电磁阀:
原理:通电时,电磁力把先导孔翻开,上腔室压力敏捷降低,在封闭件周围构成上低下高的压差,流体压力推进封闭件向上移动,阀门翻开;断电时,绷簧力把先导孔封闭,进口压力经过旁通孔敏捷腔室在关阀件周围构成下低上高的压差,流体压力推进封闭件向下移动,封闭阀门。
特色:流体压力规模上限较高,可任意装置(需定制)但有必要满足流体压差条件。
二位二通电磁阀由阀体和电磁线圈两部分构成,是自带桥式整流电路,并带过电压、过电流安全维护的直动式布局.

特色:在零压差或真空、高压时亦能可运作,但功率较大,需求有必要水平装置。
先导式电磁阀:
原理:通电时,电磁力把先导孔翻开,上腔室压力敏捷降低,在封闭件周围构成上低下高的压差,流体压力推进封闭件向上移动,阀门翻开;断电时,绷簧力把先导孔封闭,进口压力经过旁通孔敏捷腔室在关阀件周围构成下低上高的压差,流体压力推进封闭件向下移动,封闭阀门。
特色:流体压力规模上限较高,可任意装置(需定制)但有必要满足流体压差条件。
二位二通电磁阀由阀体和电磁线圈两部分构成,是自带桥式整流电路,并带过电压、过电流安全维护的直动式布局.
